fitness find

So I have become obsessed with YouTube fitness videos. As much as I love Jillian Michaels, I was ready to switch things up. My gym membership ends soon, so I've been looking into ways of getting a gym level workout at home.

I've been doing hiit and tabata style workouts, along with barre which were my favorite classes to go to at the gym. 

I'm in the midst of a 30 day fitness challenge right now, where I workout 45-60 minutes per day with one rest day per week. There are definitely days when I don't feel like squeezing in a workout, but I throw on my workout clothes and tell myself I can quit after 10 minutes. Once I get going I always finish my workout.
